  • I know I don't know you, but could it be a confidence thing? In my experience, guys like a confident woman. Even at my biggest, if I went out with my thinner friends, I was the one that got hit on. I think it was because I walked in like I owned the place. The cleavage probably helped too. LOL.

  • I eat at least every 3 hours up until about 1 hour before I go to bed. Sometimes I don't eat dinner until 8 or 9pm & will have a snack (usually a casein shake &/or protein bar) after that. What I DON'T do, is eat fruit after 5pm & little to no carbs with dinner unless they come from vegetables. Do what works for you. :)
  • I do not take it because I get more than enough fiber from fruit & vegetales. However, just make sure you're drinking ALOT of water if you're taking it. It is a bulk-forming laxative & without adequate water intake will make constipation worse if that is why someone is taking it.
  • In my opinion, the more protein & fiber, the better. Protein & fiber are harder for your body to digest, therefore, you feel full longer & it naturally increases your metabolism. I aim for at least 100gm of protein/day.

  • I do not eat out on a regular basis, but if I'm going to eat out, I go online before & look up the healthiest/lowest cal options on the menu so I have a plan when I get there & I stick to it. Do not be fooled my salads! The Oriental Chicken Salad at Applebee's is one of the highest cal things on their menu!
