Usually I just leave wiggle room for drinking too. You can't live in a hole your whole life! What's the point of looking better and living a healthier life if your going to spend most of your life indoors because you can't handle it. OP Keep doing your thing!

Thank you. And correct me if I'm wrong, you can't/ dont turn fat into muscle or vice versa . You have fat and muscle tissues organ w.e the terminology is. You either gain or lose one of the masses they do not turn into each other.

I see where you are coming from, not from experience though. I live in a beach city so bathing suits are always in season. The thing that sucks is that they get pretty pricey. If the bottoms fit snuggish, try to get a new top.

I would not get cotton panties to workout, they just ride up (wedgie status). But yay!!! This is a NSV :) I say just shop around "regular" people stores and find the store that's you and your go to for your wardrobe malfunction due to weight loss!
