There is this new ice cream it's called artic zero and only 150 cals a pint. It's really a west coast thing but you can check online to see if there is a place nearby. As far as the ingredients go I'm still a sketchy about it but then again Im only taking baby steps in terms of converting to whole foods.

That's how I felt when my mom lost 150lbs. The bright side was my mom began shopping like crazy which meant I had more clothes in my closet without having to pay for them :)

If you don't have good eating habits..then nay. You will lose weight but only to gain it back and some. My uncle has gained his weight and some after his lap band. The only one I recommend is gastric but that would be in extreme cases.
