We usually end up using all the clean laundry straight out of the laundry basket (or dryer) because I keep putting off folding and storing it.

You are supposed to adjust your fitness goals as you lose. I started at over 1600 calories/day and after 20 something lbs lost I'm down to little over 1500 calories. MFP does not do it automatically, you have to go to your profile and adjust it yourself.

Time... eventually you won't hate it. I felt the same way a year ago ad now, I don't love it but I get very cranky when I don't work out... you will become addicted to the endorphin trip you get after working out. Time and patience will get you there. Good luck!

Do jumping jacks and run in place with your kids. Mine love to jump with me. Check out online some exercises you can do at home with no fancy equipment... just your body! Good luck! And remember, 80% diet 20% exercise... you are what you eat!! You can totally do this without hitting the gym!

I have the FIRM TransFIRMer series (step workouts) and they have been very effective. I really like that they combine cardio and strength training in 2 of 3 workouts and the routines are not too complicated to follow. It has done wonders for my legs and thighs! Only if you watch out for the portion size. It leaves me very hungry so I always go for something else. If 1 serving size works for you, go for it! Good luck on the weight loss journey!!
