I mix it with fat free/sugar free pudding. Any kind and it is...wait for it....amazing!

I love ground turkey and wont eat ground beef at all now. I use 1 pk ground turkey, 2 tsp montreal seasonings, 1/4 cup water and 1 cup lowfat shredded cheddar cheese and it makes 4-5 burgers. It is very good. I use turkey for everything.

Vanilla and a little sweet n low or I put it in smoothies and pudding (blender pudding) 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup skim milk and a few tbsp pudding mix. Blend in blender. I do not recommend chocolate pudding, it doesn't seem to set well.

Kashi Pilaf with Blueberries today. But it is usually steel cut oatmeal with pumpkin. I have a fruit and a protien as a snack also.

I take a Joseph's Lavash, spray both sides with Pam and rub with pepper, garlic salt and regular salt on boths sides. I cut it with a pizza cutter and bake (keep an eye on it) flipping them over once. I also use cinnamon and sugar and make a craker/cookie.
