I suggest eating celery. It has very little calories and is pretty filling. Things I eat throughout the work day as snacks: banana, celery, grapes, strawberries. And if I go for a speed walk, when I get back I have 7 honey roasted peanuts (because they can be so high in calories). And a lot of water.

Hi. I am 31 (going on 32 in 17 days), female, 5'4", 169 lbs and eating 1200 - 1500 calories a day (depending on exercise). I eat back my exercise calories. When I got back on MFP and was tracking I was around 185 lbs and started off with 1370 calories a day.

Depression/sadness. To get rid of it I look at clothes/fashions, makeup, art, blogs. I think, I am better than this, I am doing this for me! I am a warrior.

I suggest speed walking on your lunch break. Other ladies in the building that I work at try to get in extra steps by taking a long walk to the rest room or a big loop.
