I agree with the other posters. I always weigh myself in the morning when I wake up. Any weight loss is a reason to celebrate....so celebrate!! Good luck

Congratulations! I am currently on meds. for high cholesterol and high triglycerides and am trying to get off of at least one of them through diet and exercise. I tried running but wound up with a meniscus injury, so now I'm biking.
