I thought drinking 12 plus cups a day was good.....I did that all last week.....shooting for that today.....yesterday was a mess.....trying to figure out how to eat more but stay below everything....

Not sure I qualify as a runner since I just started doing C25K ...but I will keep that in mind

Lol I can see myself doing that....so far I've spent two hours playing with my diary for this upcoming week trying to get it to at least 1200 calories before exercise

I will have to look into that....not sure that is a problem right now considering I don't eat back my calories burned ......

I'm willing to try lowering my sodium while watching my carb in take.....really hard to do.....I just want to see things move down again....

As far as calories, burned, I only have this site to go by, that is until today when I used my Nike + sensors and it gave me a higher calorie burn. I'm very conscious about my calories...to the point it drives my DH crazy sometimes,lol

Did u look past a few days cause yesterday was just a horrible emotional day for me. All last week I had 12 plus cups of water each day,lol. I also workout 5 times a week. I started C25K a few weeks ago and do that 3 times a week and do a JM videos on two other days Thanks. I need lots of support lol

I've had the same scale for years and it actually reads lower than at the docs office. I'm not sure how I'm gaining either which is why I need to change something.....

I went and bought some carrots....already had apples......no more turkey pepperoni.......I vow to have veggies for a snack and with my dinner. :)

My MFP is set correctly....went thru this morning and double checked everything. I do not have a HRM. Only use what is on here.....though today my Nike+ sensor gave me a way higher calories burn than on here or what my 12 year old treadmill tells me. Not sure which to believe.....

If you look farther back than ONE day , I do have more than a diet coke for breakfast......yesterday was a horrible day for me....emotionally.......had someone pass away.....

I'm not purposely not eating all my calories back.....just not hungry....and as far as the diet coke goes.....I have one in the morning just like people drink coffee..... Yes I'm short on veggies and fruit.....

Did workout 1 this morning and loved it. Worked up a good sweat for only 20 minutes

I havent ordered mine yet, have to wait for taxes to come back :). I do have a question about the first week. Can you do both workouts back to back or do they have done in the morning and then afternoon? With my schedule there is no way I can do a morning workout during the week.

I stay under 90 a day and actually closer to 50 some days. Workout 4 or 5 times a week. I eat block cheese, turkey bacon, tuna mixed with laughing cow cheese wedge, boneless chicken, low sugar oatmeal, Yoplait smoothies, veggies. No pasta or bread
