I eat two boiled eggs a day Monday thru Friday and boil them all on Sunday night. I do peel them after boiling.

So this program is 30 minutes a day 6 days a week? I have loved all of her DVDs so far.....thinking I need to order this one....

I am on week 2 level 1 and love it! I can tell a difference already but haven't measured or gotten on the scale and won't until next Friday. I will do one maybe two more weeks of level 1 then move onto level 2. Thanks to whoever said level 2 was longer than level 1 , I'm on a time restraint and need to exercise accordingly.

Weights.....at first I couldn't use any, then worked my weight to 2.5 pound weights......now doing it for the second time ( first time was a year ago) I'm using 5 pound weights

I'm going to try increasing water and calories for a few weeks and see what happens. Thanks everyone

I exercise now four or five days a week, eat 1200 calories plus a day. Just getting very discouraged!

I'm getting really discouraged over no weight loss and thinking of using fat burner pills

So if I only eat 1100 calories a day and don't exercise, then I should still lose weight? And no I'm not starving myself, just not hungry

The only reason I bought them now was because Bob's website had them for half price off. I'm still switching between Killer buns and thighs and 6 week 6 pack for the next two weeks or so.

sounds Turbo fire is more for me. How long are the workouts? Most days I have 35 minutes to work out.

Thanks!! Last time I used 2 pound weights or nothing, this time its 5 pound weights or two pound weights depending on the move.

I wear underwire from VS. I'm the same size as you and I love them but they are $50 a bra.......Its called Incrediable. You could look online at the clearance area and find a few there

Even with working out you need to eat 1200 calories a day......just dont eat back your exercise calories....unless you are hungry.......

Top photo looks great!! Congrats on losing the weight. My hubby is hte same way, When I weighed 205 he told me I looked good now at 174, he tells me I look sexy,lol. Men,lol

if you count warm up and cool down its 27 minutes and when I first did Shred that is the only thing I did and I lost inches and pounds

I'm 5'9" and my starting weight in Jan was 205 . Now Im 175 with a goal of 155. Big boobs here also,lol.

Its actually 27 minutes with warm up and cool down and yes I put it as Circuit training. sure add me as a friend

if you have already been working out you might want to try Ripped in 30 instead. I did Shred back in Jan when I first started working out (and I thought I was going to die!!) and then did a few days just this past month and its way easy now. Ripped in 30 is killing me!! :)
