Do you log 30DS level 1 as 30 min?

The program on Exercise TV has it as 29 min. I thought I read on here that some of you were saying you logged it in for only 20 min.

I log it as a 20 minute workout. I think the workout is only 20 minutes.0

If I remember it right with warm up and cool down its 27 minutes and that is what I logged0

I log it as 27 minutes, because I count the warm up and cool down- Jillian claims it is only 20 minutes but she apparently does not know how to tell time!0

It's a 27 minute workout from start to end of stretching. I logged it as a 27 minute workout as well.0

I usually log it as 25 minutues; I think it's approx 18 minutes for just the strength and cardio but I add in a little for the warm up and cool down.0

I don't count the warm-up and cool-down and log it as 20 minutes for the sake of simplicity... I probably should include those though, heh.0

My HRM timed it about 29 mins today, so that is what I logged it as. I just log the calories my HRM said I burned, even though it's less than what MFP says, because it's the more accurate way to go.0

The actual workout is just over 22 minutes. 2 minute warm up, 3 6-minute cycles, 2 minute cool down. There's about a minute of talking at the beginning and another minute or two of moving from one phase to the next. I've been logging as 22 minutes of circuit training. I only want to log what I'm sure I've done.0

those that don't count the warm up/cool down. you don't count it for other cardio you do either?0
