That seems a bit fast to me! Of course, it is your body and ultimately you get to make the decisions that affect it. However, I would like to point out that studies have shown that people who lose weight over a longer period of time tend to keep the weight off, while people who lose weight rapidly tend it put it back on.

Sushi usually fills me up a lot, probably about 6 oz. of fresh salmon, and then the rice and veggies. Actually, the HCG drops DO work. They're super nasty, though. You really shouldn't do the drops without the restricted diet, though. You're not supposed to eat any oils and you're not even supposed to use shampoos, conditioners or lotions with oils in them! You're supposed to basically skip breakfast and "drink as much…
