Hi, welcome. I set up an exercise for watp (walk away the pounds) based on the miles I did and the time and compared it with walking in the database. So, if I did 1 mile in 20 mins that would be walking 3mile per hour / 2 miles in 30 mins would be walking 4 miles per hour ... you get the idea. there's a spot on the Leslie…

Made these tonight and they are actually pretty good. I only put in 1/2 cup of choc chips and about a third of a cup of sugar. I only got 21 cookies, but could have stretched to two dozen if I knew how they'd expand (no way to get three dozen I don't think). They are very light and not the consistency I was anticipating,…

over on the 'Leslie Sansone Walk at Home' page on facebook they started a 21 day walk together challenge yesterday. I only saw it today. Yesterday (Saturday) was walk 3 miles or 45 mins or 6000 steps Today (Sunday) is walk 2 miles or 30 mins or 4000 steps

good luck and take the time to heal, you'll be glad you did

Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds, also includes some upper body workout. I often do the same one over and over and just increase my effort as it gets more comfortable. Good Luck, you'll find something that works for you.

I'm at the in laws today but managed to start the day off with 2 miles using the computer instead of tv, little cramped in the bedroom but it's done!
