I am sure it was not easy looking at your before pics when you started, but Wow!....the after pics should make you smile really big! and then with another 20 lbs and toning.....will be even more amazing! In 10 months losing 100+ lbs is not easy.....and would love to hear your tips on staying on track and staying motivated…

I use 3 lbs most of the time.....use 5 lbs for "row".....but I use 8 lbs for chest fly......highly recommend having options close by....

a new favorite for me is peeled cucumber with Hummus...I like the Athenos Roasted Red pepper flavor b/c I like the little kick!!!!....it's a great low cal snack...and fills you up....actually had it for dinner last night to stay within my calorie range.....good luck!

AND I am so glad to hear about Jillian's help...I'm finally making use of the dvds---did you do other stuff on top of dvds?? extra cardio??.....which dvds did you use?....congrats to you!!! and yes...the hard part is maintaining!!!....just keep up the good work and it will be fabulous for you!

I'm on L1D7---and I want to add in extra cardio after (walking or something?) to make the most of the workout and extend the calorie burn---but it's been so hot in Houston that I'm going to have to figure out a way to get my extra cardio in...might just have to get to the YMCA elliptical machine!!!!----also doing an 8 week…
