I used to do weight watchers a few years ago and I was successful until I found out I had a thyroid problem now I've got my thyroid under control and you'll find MFP is similar in that you have to keep a diary but the choices of foods you eat is up to you and you'll know if you are not doing it right. don't worry i have the same problem I had lost 5lbs and was at 196.8 and the other day i was 198.6 I think I'm not going to weigh myself until I'm really sure I've lost weight a couple of weeks.

I had the same problem. I found that most of them are entered correctly but for just a few you may want to check calories for big ticket foods just to be sure. P.S I love MFP.

At the moment I have long black hair but a few years ago I cut my hair really short a boy cut but don't be surprised if some people don't like it and ask you alot of questions why you did it? In the end I was so tired of explaining why because my daughter was a baby and it was easy for me. I was happy to see it grow back.

I believe there is no real cut-off time up to the point of when you go to sleep, sometimes I eat after midnight if I'm hungry. You don't really need to drink the full 8 glasses of water recommended because water is in your food so I end up drinking 3-4 cups per day and usually I need a glass a two in the evening. Otherwise…

I try to weigh myself once a week every Friday morning at work. I had the same problem in the beginning but it was at night i couldn't go to sleep without eating someone suggested drinking water and a light snack a cookie etc. What worked for me was drinking water and if that didn't work a spoonful of nutella. Good Luck

Toning up is used when referring to your muscles you need to work your muscles(tone) by lifting weights etc and those muscles will stretch your skin back into shape in the right form (firming). Often used together to tone and firm you body.

I love water with ice in it that's how i drink my water every evening and throughout the day but you don't have to drink 8 glasses because some of it is in the food we eat so I only manage 3-4 per day.

Soaking them in water certainly helps sounds like you may have an allergy. I do mine in a food processor you can do a rough chop quickly if you have a large quantity. Good Luck

I've had mine forever and I got it at target around $30 at the time. It's great it turns off automatically after you've weighed your item its best to get a digital one. Its by good cook, electronic scale. One that measures lbs and oz.. See if you can buy those spoon measures for cup sizes too.
