Its not very good to do strength training everyday because strength training tears your muscles. They need 24-48 hours to recover. Cardio gets your heart rate up which burns calories. If you work out everyday I would suggest you alternate your days Cardio, Strength Training, Cardio, etc I do low impact cardio at least once…
