I am 5'5 and currently 167, and have lost 70lbs since January eating 1200 a day. What works best for me is I don't eat 3 larger meals and snacks. I eat 5 mini meals throughout the day. I am 5'5 and when I started I was around 295 and size 24. Around 270 I dropped to size 22 and by 250 was into size 20. It really depends where you lose your weight.
