I've been doing chalean extreme/turbo fire hybrid of sorts, the schedule the have didn't work well for my schedule so I came up with my own version. I love turbo fire, I think the cardio is better than what comes with chalean extreme. Good luck to everyone!

It's great to hear other peoples goals who are the same height. It's amazing how people look and feel different at different weights. I was 120 until about 6 years ago, now I'm up to 140ish. My current goal is got get and stay under 125. Keep up the good work!

I'm glad I found this group. It's good to hear from people that have similar goals and body types. I'm 5'4 and currently 140ish. I was always much thinner growing up and my goal is go get back to 120-125. I've tried different programs but I've never had the motivation or the willpower to stick with it.
