I'm not at my goal yet but I definitely lean more towards more colorful/ standout clothes where as before i started this whole journey i was more cautious with color and tended to stay with neutrals.

have you tried different variations on the squat? Sumo squats really target the inner thigh. Just make sure what ever exercise you do that you are doing it with proper form. Also you may want to invest in heavier weights, or perhaps a set of resistance bands, they are pretty inexpensive and can do the trick.

I've done instant breakfast with a scoop of protein powder and 2% milk. the calories are up there but it usually equals out to my work out calories burned. and its a bit more appetizing than plain protein powder in water.

I'm have an issue sticking to the low numbers on the core exercises. It never feels like enough, am i doing something wrong? Should I add weights or reps to make it more challenging?

i recently tried fage 2% plain yogurt, 20g protein and only about 8g sugar. it's really rough though. the first time i tried a bit of granola like i would my regular fruit yogurt but it didn't mask the taste.
