    I will just keep plugging along! Going to try to change my macros a bit, maybe less fat, more protein?? I am set at 40/30/30 but maybe try 40/40/20....

    40/40/20 is what i've been recoemmended to do as well. Sending best wishes you way! :flowerforyou: We all know what this feels like.

    CW:162.2
    GW: 154 ...and then may go lower

    I'm 36 years old, 5'8" tall and large framed.

    No, I wish it was me in my pic! Well, actually my stomach is relatively flat, and I'm happy with that area in general - it's my thighs and butt that are the killer! I just want to lose the remaining 10lbs from my jello butt and thighs and then I'll be happy, ha! :laugh:

    So far completed 1 week of upping cals to 1450 from 1250 to lose those last 10-15lbs...so far no luck. Been fluctuating btwn 149.4 and 151.0 daily...maybe another week? Will take measurements on Friday when I do my "for real" weigh in : )

    Hi everyone. I've got 10-15 more to loose, and I've been stuck for the past month. Granted my eating habits have gone haywire and I've been increasingly lazy lately. winter has a way of sabotaging my morning work outs when it's so dark, i just want to stay in my nice warm bed. I have a time frame to loose the weight and I have to get back on track ASAP. I hope these last lbs come off soon, the fast they come off the more motiviation it is to keep going.

    I haven't updated in a couple of weeks...just busy! I did lose a couple of pounds...yippee!!!! Happy early Thanksgiving!

    Just found this thread. Is there a group? I'd like to join. I will go put my stats in the google spreadsheet. I need to lose 6 to 8 more lbs. I am 5'4" large frame and I weigh on a low day 141..some days 143. I hate those fluctuations LOL. I want to way 135. So close but takes so long! LOL. Not giving up.
