I'm in. Started the 2012 off at 200.6. For every can of pop I drink I will replace it with 2 glasses of water. (need to drink more water and less pop..it's diet, but still pop). Just started the Wii Fit Plus.... will do 40 mins instead of 30.

I will log my exercise but forget to come here and post. I need motivation but right now with the holidays and my thyroid I don't have too much motivation right now. Hoping after all the get togethers and parties I can get focused.

thanks for the tip on the oatmeal. I'm not too crazy for oatmeal, but i tried the "flavored" ones (cinnamon roll, apple crisp, banana bread, fruits) and so for I'm doing ok with not having milk or cereal. I figured if I can't have my cereal and milk in the morning I would have it for lunch or a snack. Still not loosing the…

WOW! What am I going to do if I can't have my cereal with milk for breakfast? Since joining this group I have learned so much. I understand now not having calcium. SOOOO any suggestions for a quick breakfast for a mother of 3 that works full time?

Welcome! I know the feeling about motivators. It's always great to hear the "good jobs" and "keep up the good work". Even if you falll there is always someone there to pick you up and help you along the way. Keep up the great work and together we can do this!!

don't give up. I know how you feel. I'm "snacking" around my period and i feel horrible. but i look at it this way...once I get it the snacking is over. There is always those 2 or 3 days in there that i get mad at myself. But it's only 2 or 3 days....there are always other days to get you back on track and feeling better…
