I too log it as Circuit Training. My heart rate monitor says I burn 145 calories in the 20 or so minutes for Level 1.

Count me in!! This will be my 2nd time round, i did it in Oct last year with great results. The scales didn't move much but the tape measure did. I highly recommend taking your measurements b 4 u start :)

I've just finished it with great results, only lost 2kilos but lost an overall 28cm and am much more toned than ever. I logged it as Circuit Training general, wore a heart monitor and burnt approx 135cals for level 1, 165 for level 2 and 150 for level 3. Hey there, I weigh 54kilos, height is 163cm and my HRM for level 1 was averaging 145cals burnt, level 2 i'm averaging 165cals. Will start level 3 in a few days. I add it as circuit training general, hope this helps. :happy:

I log it under cardio - circuit training. I use a heart monitor and Level 1 I was burning on average 145 cals and on Level 2 I'm burning average of 165. I've so far lost 2 kilos and 16.5 cm, cant wait to see the final results. It's the best busy girls workout with great results.
