Im 41 ..... and trying to lose ten pounds. I have already lost 5. I did my fitness pal 6 years ago and lost 20 pounds, but of course i gained it all back! Its not always easy eating 1200 calories a day but its amazing how quickly the weight starts coming off if you can stick to it. I have been consistent with logging in…

I drink wine, but I make sure to measure it and keep within my calorie limit.

What I try and do is plan ahead of what I am going to eat. I love pizza too, so if I know we are ordering pizza, lets say on a Friday, I make sure I fit it into my daily calories intake. This has worked so far for me since joining MFP!

Hello, This website has definetly helped me loose weight...I had never counted calories in my life before, so I really wasn't too sure it was going to work- but apparently it has.
