  • Saturdays are my rest days. For the other days, I do a MINIMUM of 30 minutes.. sometimes way longer. I YouTube a lot of workouts, and since I do most of my workouts at home and it is STILL snowing here.. Biggest loser Cardio Max dvd has become a fave.   • Completed Day 7 Level 1. I actually tried working a little bit of Level 2 just for "fun" ... doesn't seem so bad even though I'm dreading it!! Are you guys feeling any changes in your body?
