OP you're not eating enough. My sister-in-law reset hers to 1,500 after stalling at 1,200 and started losing again. Read the links for TDEE and BMR and you'll see what we mean...

Great job!! I've done 30DS, RI30 and currently 6W6P. Already ordered Extreme Shed and Shred and I'll do that one next. I love all of Jillian's DVDs. Like you I also run 2-3 times a week and I've done 3 half-marathons so far this year. Alternating cardio definitely works!

I ran track in high school, stopped for several years, and when I started back up again I couldn't run a qtr mile! I thought I was going to pass out lol. Great job! I loved Ripped In 30...doing 6 Week 6 Pack now. Will probably go back to 30 Day Shred afterward. I had the best results with that DVD..

OP I see a lot of Jillian's 30 Day Shred comments in this thread...and I'm here to say you need to try it. If you don't believe me, just search for 30 Day Shred Results on MFP....you'll see lots of people getting toned with this DVD. For $9 and 20 minutes a day it can't be beat. This is from my last race, Raleigh Rocks. I ran track in high school, gave it up for 10 years, then restarted. When I did I couldn't run a 1/4 mile lol. Wow, awesome! The reason I like this thread is you don't see much change the first few pics...but boy do you see a change later on! While most are tempted to give up because of "not seeing any results", you kept going! And it has definitely paid off. Great job!

Most do Ripped In 30 after 30 DS. I've done 30 DS, RI 30 and currently 6 Week 6 Pack. I'm sure I'll do another Jillian DVD after this. Maybe Extreme Shed and Shred. Some go back to 30 DS after a few months. It's a great DVD for beginners.

Take it from someone who has been at their goal weight for 25 years, you'll have to work HARDER as you get older. If you think it's tough now just wait. Nice work! I've done 30DS and RI30, doing 6W6P now. You'll like RI30 it's very similar to 30DS with a few new moves. Plus it's 4 levels instead of 3. I'll probably get her Extreme Shed and Shred next. All of Jillian's DVD's work :)

Wow, I'm the opposite...go to bed around 12 midnight most days. Then again, I'm usually out at a restaurant or bar with friends. I get to work about 9am...they don't care what time I come in as long as I put in my 8 hrs :) I always work out after work....I run 3-4 times a week, long runs of 8-10 miles on the weekends.…

Agreed. I ran track in high school and even the C25K was too much for me when I started up again!! I couldn't run 50 ft! lol. Last year I ran an 8k, 2 half-marathons and a full marathon. I've already run 2 half-marathons this year and have two more scheduled. I'll probably run 3-4 half-marathons every year because I love…
