Congrats! I've done 30DS, RI30, and 6 Week 6 Pack. I love all of Jillian's DVD's. I also alternate running and it's worked wonders. Great job!!!

Great job everyone!!! Here's mine :)

I've posted these before but I've always alternated 30DS with running. In fact I've never finished 30DS in less than 45 days! I'm going through it a second time now and Level 2 is definitely the hardest. You just have to push through and not give up (Jillian actually says that many times on the DVD). I will say though,…

Amazing, great job!!

Here you go...I took the weekends off and alternated running. I'm currently doing 30DS again it's one of my favorite Jillian DVDs. RI30 is a good DVD to do after 30DS. Many of the moves are similar but it's 4 levels instead of 3.

What I currently do on the weekends....DJ. Love it! Free drinks, too :)

I'm going through 30 DS for the second time (on day 21) and yes it works!! I actually loaned (or lost) the DVD and picked it up again at Target for $9. I've done a few of her DVDs and it's my favorite. I plan on doing Ripped In 30 again after this. As others have mentioned Level 2 is the hardest and you will definitely…

You'll need to open your diary but from one runner to another, running can mask a lot of bad diet decisions. I also have run 3 half marathons this year and run all the time, but if I eat a doughnut it can erase my good habits. Take an honest look at your diary and see if you can make improvements there. Also, look into…

First, let me say it CAN be done because I'm at goal weight (well, joined MFP at goal weight pretty much) and go out ALL the time. Except, my friends and I are very big runners so we burn it off....half marathons, marathons, 8ks, 10ks, warrior dash, spartan sprint....so my advice is to take up running (burn it off). I…

It will most certainly work if you give it your all. While I'm smaller (and a guy, too) I was so sore after 3 days I bought another one of her DVDs. I couldn't believe the changes in only 20 minutes a day! She says right on the DVD "if 300 lb people can do jumping jacks, you can, too"....so there are no shortcuts when it…

I don't belong to a gym but I alternated running with 30 DS and had good results. Honestly it's mostly eating. Jillian says right on the DVD you can eat your way through any amount of exercise...so make sure you count your cals closely! After 30 Day Shred I did Ripped In 30 and 6 Week 6 Pack. All are great DVDs and while…

Not only do you look better, but more confident as well. You should be proud of all your hard work. Great job!!

I log it as Circuit Training....love Jillian BTW. Have completed 30DS, Ripped In 30 and 6 Week 6 Pack.

Wow, you look so much stronger!
-
First, congrats on just getting through the DVD...it's tough! Second, great results! Your back looks smoother and I can tell overall you lost not just weight but toned, too.
-
Here you go...and this is with drinking bombay gin + tonics mostly every weekend! My favorite drink :)
-
That's a lot of hard work right there. Great job!!

I joined in maintenance. I've weighed +/- 5-10 lbs since high school and I'm 46 years old....so not sure on the time frame :) Anyway, I'm here to set a good example for my family...hopefully they will see the wisdom in logging (and running, my go-to exercise)....if not, I'll just enjoy my MFP family here. I have no plans…

Wow, what are the chances of that happening? The same suit! Good for you for turning it into a positive :)

Not sure if I can call it my moment as much as for my family. My sister-in-law called me crying because she stepped on a scale at GNC and it read 171 lbs. She's 5' 3 and it was the highest she had ever weighed. When she married my brother she was a size 2 and barely 115 lbs soaking wet. I told her I was going to find a…

You look so much younger! Great job!

Only once a week? Heck try 3 times a week! lol. My friends and I go out so much we created a happy hour group!! Just log it like anything else...most of the time my drink of choice is a gin + tonic. One of those costs me 1 mile of running. I've run 3 half-marathons this year with more coming up. Can you tell why I run so…

Personal trainer, wow I don't even belong to a gym. In all honesty I can't give you an opinion one way or the other, except to say my friends who have had personal trainers either didn't use them or stopped going to the gym. If you have the commitment - and it seems like you do go for it. Personally, I've never belonged to…

My friends and I go out maybe 2-3 times a week. We drink A LOT and it usually it includes food, too! lol The only way is to up your exercise. We're runners (we've done marathons, half-marathons, etc.) I've done 3 this year and I run kinda fast...1:45 half or so. We've also done the Warrior Dash, TRX classes, you name it.…

Wow, great job! That's a tough program!!

You look great! And you work in a bakery so you have every excuse to fall off the wagon. That's dedication. You should be proud of all your hard work :)
