This was probably the most helpful post of all. I try to stay in the 33/33/33 range with my protein, carbs, and fat as it works best for me so far, but this has made me wonder.

You can only justify eating more protein if you work out. Extra protein in the body turns into fat if it is not used.

A study released by the NIH recently suggests that the flouride in green tea can upset your thyroid. I would look into it. It is just a suggestion (in science a suggestion means there's pretty good evidence, but the hypothesis hasn't been tested yet." Suggested" means "research more but we think we're right".
