Lol! thanks I dont smile in pics, i know : P plus i cant figure out how to take full length pics. I m tryin though-so i can do before and after pics once i reach my goal! And as far as tastes go, dang straight! I love food- the more flavor the better!

I love my indian inspired lentils and spinach over rice. Packed full of flavor, protein and fiber and under 300 calories.

um that sounds amazing, i m going to have to try and find me some of that. I really cant stand brown rice. I ve tried all different ways and I just cant deal with it. I do wholegrain pastas and breads and tortillas and all that-just cant deal with the rice.

I m loving turbofire and the results i m getting from it-i do prefer the HIIT workouts to the straight cardio (because I hate stuff that takes long lol). This sounds a little crazy, but i swear it works. I ve always gotten shin splints super easy my whole life. A trick i use is to walk backwards. I try and walk 1/4 of a lap backwards. I love TurboFire. I have 30 day shred arriving in the mail any day now I aslo have a video called 10 minute knock out- I dont like it as much as turbo fire, but when I am short on time it definitely works.

Congratulations!!! Epic achievments! I also thought i was eating healthy....and couldnt understand why i wasnt losing when i worked out in gym 5 days a week for like 2 hours. This website is definitely an eye opener.

You could check out my diary if you like. I m not saying I m perfect, but i do eat all day and kind of have a handle on snacking. I get low blood sugar though, so I m used to eat. Also not just my diary, check out other peoples diaries and see what they are eating. I get ideas from them all the time.

Stay diligent! It will happen! I personally cant eat anything else when i have oatmeal, so i usually put nuts and fruit in it, but its so filling its all i can do. You may need to try that. I know exactly how you feel. Its a daily battle. But we are here and we are working for our goals. Thats all we can do. And stay positive. I know its hard, and people can tell you over and over again, but it really takes alot of work to not beat your self up. Just know that you are trying and that it will come eventually!
