That is awesome! You go! I m still having a hard time letting go of the smoking thing, i cant seem to kick it. The drinking trigger i totally understand as well-so to resist like that while drinking with a buddy that smokes like a train, thats awesome!

I do it everyday in addition to my turbofire routine. However, i did not do 10 10 and 10. i stayed with level one for 14 days, i ve just hit day 12 for level 2 but am not ready to move up to 3. I love it though and when I do complete it i m still going to do it. It is amazing.

I have one on my belly button, one on my back and one behind my ear. While I love my butterfly behind my ear....i m a business major and it poses major problems lol....I have really expensive cover up but in hindsight I probably would not get one there again.

Chobani was gross to me as well. I almost gave up on greek yogurt and then i tried fage total 0%-in love. I cant get enough of this stuff and its uses are limitless (i use it instead of sour cream now) in addition to just being yum.

I only reserve fast food for a treat. I never eat it because i need to eat. And even then its only once a month or less. My weakness: chili cheese fries or tots with jalapenos.

I use avacado, fage total 0%, garlic powder and lime or lemon juice and black pepper. When i use it as a base for a wrap i up the lime juice to make it more tangy. Its simple and only had fat from the avacados. I dont measure i just go by eye site and taste testing. But yum.

Walking backwards can help alleviate some of it as well. It sounds crazy I know, but I ve been doing it since I was in high school and track.
