I personally haaaate walking. I hate long distance. Period. I dont like nature walks and I dont like the track. In highschool I wanted to sprint and be done with it. That being said, my mom is an extreme walker. I mean super extreme. I have to jog/run if i want to keep up with her walk pace. So....if you are actively…

I also use a "green" super fruits/super veggies mix, I ve noticed when i pair it with Coconut water and frozen or fresh mango it tastes the best. If mango doesnt work in your diet, i ve noticed that peaches, pineapple and strawberry work as well. For me though the mango is just my fave and the coconut water doesnt just…

Another thing to try is to get your calories in early. Eat breakfast, then have a snack, eat lunch then have a snack (all with in a few hours of each other) eat dinner. Drink your 64+ ounces of water throught the day. If you get a regimen of eating in, by the time its night time, you ll only want a small snack. I used to…

As a female you may want to check your protein consumption before you add a whey protein to your diet. Your body can only process so much protein in a sitting, anything in excess becomes wasted. Myself I get a huge amount of protein in my diet and dont feel the need for a whey protein shake. I do however use a super…

Try not to sweat the small stuff. Remember portion control. And enjoy. a good rule of thumb for foods that you think you shouldnt be eating but cant resist, only take 1/2 of what you normally would. Enjoy it, be thankful for it and then walk away. If you have to be polite and take home left overs that were made especially…

O M G i love Fage total 0%. I use it for everything. When eating it as yogurt i had a little honey, some dried cranberries and either walnuts or almonds. This stuff has a greater purpose in life though. As a former sour cream addict, i have found my soul mate. I use Fage in place of sour cream on my baked potato, mexican…

i do a similar thing and my parents and my kids love it. I steam the broccoli till its almost done, then i sautee it in a little olive oil and about 3 cloves of garlic (i love garlic) and add red pepper flakes. Its delicious, low in calories and packs some flavor and it almost goes with any protein/carb meal.
