Yogalates is good, gives you longer leaner muscles. Try your library for DVD hire, buy a skipping rope, walk up and down stairs several times, put a weighted back pack on when you excercise and keep up the good work.

I agree with cshu544 zig zagging your calorie intake works, confusing the system to stop it hibernating. It goes against the grain to do it but, for me it has helped to shift the plateau.

It's age, it's health, its going on holiday, it's wine at the w/end, its no motivation after about a month, it's not much fun being overweight. To sum it up it sucks!! Thanks for asking though and what about you?
