have you tried taking St. John's Wart. It helped my best friend who was on paxil and needed to come off since she was pregnant.

take a picture of yourself and measure your waist, hips, chest, thighs, wrist, and neck at the beginning and do this weekly for your journey. throw away your scale as weight can fluctuate with water gain/loss and muscle gain/fat loss. the pictures help alot because you can see the difference by flipping through them…

have them test you over and over. seriously, i have stretch marks from fast weight gain from hashimoto's where it is typical to fluctuate in tsh levels. if they test t4 and t3 you are better off.

if you like fish, i recommend salmon. it's very good for you and can be cooked in multiple ways. i prefer to cook it with a bit of lemon, dill and thyme in the broiler. with chicken i agree about the taco seasoning (homemade of course), i also pan fry it with very little evoo, a dash of tyme, rosemary, coarse sea salt, and…

forget the scale and focus on measurements. do you honestly care if you weigh so much if it's all muscle? a lb of muscle is smaller than a lb of fat so you could weigh the same or even more but have lost fat.

with your height your weight is reasonable if you have a decent amount of muscle. if you do not, i would encourage weight training and cardio.

sometimes levo (which is generic for synthroid) doesn't work and you have to use the name brand. there are others as well which i will be looking into since i feel it's not altogether helping alot.

use the measurements option on here, it will track your progress. afterall losing 5lbs on the scale doesn't mean as much as losing 2 inches in the waist.

definitely eating breakfast will help, but as a person with vitamin D deficiency and vitamin B dificiency (previously), I would have your labs checked if breakfast doesn't help. Kale may not be the best tasting, but adding it to a breakfast smoothie gives you tons of vitamins and will help
