I'm actually new to the "clean eating" and have realized recently that as long as I keep my protein high and carbs and sodium moderate to low, I will do ok. I also just started clean eating this past Sat. I am actually enjoying it and finding I can eat more often then when I ate crap!! LOL I already lost 2 lbs. the first 4 days!
