Im obsessed with Fage 0% Greek Yogurt. I use it instead of cream and sour cream in everything I eat/ make. Its amazing. I also eat it plain before a work out, great healthy source of protien!

I had spaghetti squash too! I made up a light version of "lemon pasta", it was to die for, even better then regular and less then 200 calories per serving :))))

Not sure if your in the south but Duke's light mayo is pretty good. However, I am obsessed with using half light mayo have no fat Greek Yogurt (Fage is the best by far...) I use this combo for all everything...
