Hi everyone. I’ve been useless at posting my weight but I’ve been recording it: 2nd aug - 153lbs 16th aug - 150.8lbs 23rd aug - 150lbs So it’s slowly coming down but that’s ok! Will see what tomorrow brings 😊

Hi Donna I've just came back from a cruise and I'm 7lbs heavier! Can I get back in on the life's new journey please? It was really helpful when I did it away back at the start and until the cruise a had been successfully maintaining. It's ok if you don't add me in until August. Thanks Heather

My vent is that for the past two weeks I have gained weight. I exercised every day last week so i'm disappointed...but...in the words of dory...just keep swimming swimming swimming...or slimming! lol

kaytee, a candy cane cheesecake sounds interesting. can you post the recipe? I have christmas day at my brother in laws, boxing day at my mums, 27th is a friend's new house party, maybe a break on the 28th and then my husband and i are going for an over night on the 29th. phew! x

On Friday I bought a dress in a size 10. I had tried it on a few weeks previously at a size 12 and it wouldn't fit so I'm very pleased :)

I have it and like it. You can do single routines or 20 or 45 min classes on it

I haven't had burning feet but I do always wear running shoes even if in doors as I find my feet need the support.

don't worry....last week I had put on 2 lbs and I swear I exercised and kept within my limits, however, it's dropped back off again this week :) so....it will move eventually :)

yesterday I put on a coat that I hadn't worn in a while and I could fasten it! it has little hooks instead of buttons so it's always been quite tight..but I got it fastened! hooray :) I also think I need new jeans now as they are sitting a bit too low, but i'm waiting til I get my last 5lbs off as itcould make all the…

I keep finding that on weigh in day I've hardly lost. But I also input my weight onto my profile every Thursday and I've always lost something. Anyone else finding that the weekend impacts on your weigh in?

Monday 31st October Workout type: marching on the spot and stair climbing cals burned: 333 +70 from yesterday. Well...it's been tough burning more cals than the previous day, however this has kept me burning calories each day and has held me accountable. Thanks everyone! Over and Out! :)

Sorry this is late: Friday workout: running and walking Cals burned: 443 + 38 from wed Will post todays later. I've found this helpful in terms of making me complete some form of exercise. Hi. I'm also on 1200. My breakfast is 250 and that's by having a muffin that I make myself which has oats in it to be a slow release. For lunch I have spiced cous cous during the week and that's really low in Cals. I always have about 600 or so Cals for dinner and hardly have to snack. If I do I make sure its not over 100…

I find running works for me. But the cold and wet Scottish weather has kept me in so I've been doing 40 mins of the free jogging on Wii fit. I can feel it working my butt and thighs. I've also been marching on the spot to try and tone. What's the 30 day shred that people are on about? X
