It depends on the pain! If I know whats causing the pain, ie my arms or legs hurt after a workout, then I would go back and do some more, but for random pains that occur from nowhere, have a rest and see how you feel tomorrow.

With so little left to lose you need to eat at maybe a 2-300 calorie daily deficit, not the massive deficit you are currently eating at. 1200-1300 cals wont be enough. And you need to net those calories. Eat the exercise cals! As you are so close, you need to start eating what you plan on eating for the rest of your life,…

Are you from the UK? Peanut butter IS popular here too... Meridian is probably the best one for no added extras, Holland and Barrett do it off the shelf. Or online, you can get it in a 1kg tub for about £5-6 or this one is good too http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/shop-by-category/foods/peanut-butter.html but isn't organic if…

Yep, eat the yolks. I do. But if I want a massive omelette and don't have the calories left, I make an omelette of one whole egg and some egg whites. As you are in the UK you can buy Two Chicks Egg Whites in a carton from larger supermarkets. Mostly Sainsburys and Waitrose. They are £3 a carton

Are you looking at quality or price? I see you are in the UK so I would recommend: For quality, one of the best is ON Gold Standard Whey - http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/sports-supplements-whey-protein-optimum-nutrition-gold-standard-whey-2-27kg For price, one I like the best is Optimum Health Ultimate Whey Protein…

I started out heavier than you, and it seemed like a mammoth task to me. But I did it, 4 stone down and I have never been on a diet in my life! You need to understand your numbers. Your BMR is 1700, so up your calories to that. That should help stop you bingeing. And if you do binge? Don't think of it as the end of the…

Im in Birmingham. If you open your diary to friends I will add you.

Consider that about half of could will be water and the other half could have come off the fat surrounding your internal organs. I lost about 30lbs before I saw a slight difference, and only at 50+ with some strength training do I now really see a difference.

I was just ranting about this yesterday. I have lost 4 stone (56lbs) in the last 12-18 months, which is good and slow, and I am happy with it. I look great compared to last year. But I am still 198lbs, which means to get to a normal BMI I need to lose almost another 4 stone (50ish lbs) and several people have come to me…

very cool, will keep this for later

3 weetabix with almond milk & sugar, 1 protein mug cake, coffee & vanilla flavour (1 egg, some almond milk, scoop vanilla propow, tbsp PB2, tsp coffee)

I do a microwave fish thing thats easy to prep. Tonights version is half a can of drained puy lentils, a can of ratatouille and 2-3 fish portions (defrosted). I layer them up in a microwave bowl, throw in spices and herbs, and microwave until the fish is cooked then mix it all together. If I have the calories left I will…

There is nothing wrong with eating your BMR. I eat my BMR (1650) plus exercise cals (200-500) and I lose regularly. Or you can do the TDEE - a % route. Google for scoobys TDEE calc or look around here for the road map threads

Your plan sounds right, his sounds wrong. I have dropped from 250ish to about 198lbs by myself and its taken me 12-18 months, and the last 4 months I have been heavy lifting and I am SO HAPPY with my progress. It has happened slowly but I know now that it is not going to shoot back up 30lbs as soon as I stop counting…

Just eat what you want. Eat a little less in the days before and after, drink more water to keep the sodium moving, and enjoy the treat. You can't avoid food you like for the rest of your life, and one 1500 calorie meal is not going to ruin you.

I must start and make a few boiled eggs for snacks! This morning I had coffee walnut microwave mug cake. Want a recipe? Ok then! 1 egg, 1 scoop vanilla whey, 2tsp peanut butter, 1tsp coffee granules, 1tbsp Linwoods 'Milled Flaxseed Walnuts Brazil Nuts Almonds and Q10' and enough milk to make it runny. Microwaved for about…

If you are having trouble eating enough calories, eat more of the stuff that made you fat in the first place. Don't eat diet anything. Eat a piece of cheese, a spoonful of peanut butter, a kitkat. If you can't possibly eat anything, have a beer, or a hot chocolate. Cake is usually the answer

If you are in the UK, trains from Manchester to London are pretty cheap

Theres thousands of members on here, add some friends, steal diary ideas, exercise more so you can eat more. Its not exactly easy for everyone else...

Definitely use a TDEE calc like scooby's, and also, if you feel rubbish, eat something. Have a 'cheat day' (I hate that term). If I feel unwell I will eat over my goal. Chances are your body is burning more trying to make you well again, and one day will not hurt!

Hmm, I wear jeans, trainers, a tshirt or some sort and a hoodie if its cold. Today I have plaited pigtails or I have a messy bun or have my hair down. However when I worked for a 'professional company' I wore smart black trousers, any top (usually a neat, well fitted tshirt, a fine knit V neck sweater, or a little top and…

Another fan of the FT4. Its the best basic one you can get for the least amount of money. I researched. The only thing its rubbish with is swimming because it cant read the strap through water.

I am proud that I got up at 6:30 and was at the gym 7-8. Not as proud of eating that bag of chocolate buttons after lunch, but I am still under goal.

Mines Super Mario Bros, original. My text noise is the noise from Legend of Zelda when a magic chest is opened.

Hiya. Yes, I do this. My BMR is 1670. I eat this plus my exercise calories of 3-500 cals a day and I am losing weight at a good steady rate. About 1lb a week. You should avoid eating under your BMR I worked out my BMR, and my TDEE based on being sedentary, and my TDEE minus 10-15% was about the same as my BMR anyway

/\ What they said. I think protein powders are associated with bulking because when people are trying to gain muscle they have to eat a LOT of calories, and drinking protein shakes is an easy way of getting the extra calories and protein needed for building muscle.

I think if someone said to me, Ew, your hands look skinny and gross, my response would be 'F you for being so rude!'

Anything with garlic. I would throw in garlic, sriracha, peanut butter and soy sauce. Because I always do. Ginger goes well with salmon too
