  • i do 45 mins of yoga and strength training 6 days a week and walk my dogs 30 mins + every day (or they go nuts) and then 3 x a week 60 mins on the treadmill, some running and lots of uphill walking (i want a yoga booty haha) i also have no kids and no husband so it's pretty easy to find time :)
  • Sounds like my ex too!! but yahoo he is GONE!!!! trust me it gets a lot better, like a lot better. I just kept saying "onward and upward", i have the bestest boyfriend EVER now and life is fabulous (and pudgy haha)
