I'm 5'2.5" and around 135 and I wear a size 4 (US) even though I have a big butt and thighs

You aren't exercising too much, but you should be trying to eat back the calories that you burn since your body needs a certain amount of calories a day to survive and perform it's natural functions, you don't want too much of a deficit. At least, this is what I've heard and it's what I go by.

- granola - grapefruit - carrots & celery with hummus - air-popped popcorn - celery & peanut butter those are the snacks I usually turn to :)

YES! I am generally very easy going, but I have some road rage... especially when it comes to people who live in Upstate New York and don't know how to drive in the snow! Haha

Both! I'm an animal lover. While I only have a dog (who sometimes acts a little like a cat), my parents have a farm with lots of different animals :)

I go to the gym around 6am because I know if I waited to go later in the day I probably wouldn't get to it, and I like going before class or work :)

Today is my day off as well, I plan on sticking to my calorie goal, taking a nice walk, and probably doing some yoga - nothing too crazy. Haha

In junior high I was called a "butter face" - everything's good but the face by someone... And people have always made comments about my nose, some good and some bad, but either way it has made me feel self-conscious about it =/

I wish I could help, I'm a vegetarian and I try to always eat clean and I've had a VERY hard time trying to meet my calorie goal which is only 1200, especially when I add in exercise.

Today is my rest day... all that really means for me is not going to the gym. I'll probably go for a walk and maybe do some yoga or something... but I'm not a fan either. I like my gym-day routine! haha

I eat before and after I go to the gym... I have an english muffin with peanut butter before and when I get back I typically have some granola and a grapefruit... I have found that I function best that way, but I think it can vary and you should just do whatever feels best for you.
