I LOVE my overnight oatmeal in a mason jar! I use 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats, serving of chia seeds, splash of cinnamon, 1 whole smashed banana, put it in the fridge overnight and then add my simply peanut butter to it right before serving. Yeah I don't have the support at home. No one thinks I need to lose anymore weight. And I'm a single mom of 2 so I don't have someone to go with me. Yeah I've lost 60 lbs without a gym and without exercising but I know these last 15 lbs and inches won't come off without working out. Thanks everyone!!!

I'm in. I did mine this morning. I never make it past day 2 becaus I always wake up so dang sore on the morning of day 2 and say screw it. LOL So I've never completed it. Well my son will be 6 on the 30th so this will be an awesome gial for me to keep going. Add me if you want too.

That's what I do too is measure both and keep track of both. Because my biggest spot that I want to go down is over my belly button but I also want to check on my actual waist as well.
