Just plain old Folgers for hubby and I this AM, but what a beautiful morning it is! Now, I'm off to pretend to be Superwoman! ... Yes, I'm wierd... but it helps motivate me to get stuff done.

My all-time favorite fruit is Strawberries... the fresh picked tiny ones from the farm up the road. (Pure heaven) Ooo! and Apples! there are several orchards near where we live...(Yay Wisconsin!) My favorite veggie is actually kinda wierd... I blame my husband for this, but Baby Brussels sprouts. Oh, and acorn squash... I…

Totally! There is a outlet mall about 30 minutes away from us, so I'll stock up on them at sale time and throw them all in the freezer. Quality over Quantity is what it's about for me and chocolate.

Ooo... I have a tough time resisting those! Awesome for you!

Women who assume that everyone on the planet wants kids/babies. Women who b.itch and moan about something their sig other is/isn't doing, but wouldn't dream of talking to/asking for. (I really hate that...)

Hmm... I'd have to say my fav food that takes some time to eat is ... Apples with peanut butter or celery with peanut butter/raisins. Ever since I started eating only at the dining table though, ALL of the eating in our house takes a little bit more time, but feels a bit more satisfying. (snacks and everything-Only h20 is…

Within the first 2 years I lived with my now husband, I put on 30ish lbs and he put on 60-70 lbs. I LOVE to cook Italian food...now I'm learning to do it in a healthier way, with some more accurate portion control. Mmm... Lasagna.

I only occasionally drink (once a month-ish), and only 1-2 drinks max. I don't like the feeling of losing control, and I much prefer to be in control of my actions. It's easy to have a good time without it.

Oh man... I'm so gonna try this sometime!

Definitely avoid dating this guy... Red flags all around!

For me personally, I have to eat something substantial within the first hour of waking up, or I'm basically useless for that day. I also tend to be one of those annoyingly perky morning people (up and bouncing around at 5 AM), but good luck getting me to stay awake past 10PM at night! Experiment with it, and see what works…

Peanut butter is one of my favs on toast in the AM.... If you choose the right brand, ( low sugar/low additives) it can be an incredibly healthy addition to your way of eating. The good fats and protein make it so I'm fuller longer then on the days I don't have it. Plus, I can plan in a bit of extra exercise and add a…

If it's not in your norm, and you broke a bit of a sweat doing it, I see no harm in logging it.

It's amazing how delicious really good (for you) food is. It's the best way to tempt someone into healthier ways.

You have adorable girls! It's wonderful that they are picking up on your healthier habits, that is so important for youngsters!

I have to agree with the portion sizes here being WAY out of control... I've developed the habit of asking for a box and boxing half of my entree up before I dig in.
-
Oh yea, that has to feel pretty awesome!

It's so romantic when they sweep you off your feet, isn't it? Yay for awesome hubbies, and NSVs!
