Hi!! I'm new to this website also. I noticed that you are starting the Insanity challenge?? I have seen that on t.v. and whatnot and a friend of mine has done it too and says she really feels a difference. I am thinking about doing it and could use some tips! Thanks!

When you can see your muscles when you aren't flexing, I believe is when a woman is too muscular. It isn't a bad thing, like other people say, it's up to you how muscular you want to be.

Also what Ewynne1993 said is very true. Try focusing on losing the inches, not so much the pounds.

To Chatabox04, Have you only been using this website? Because if so it might not be of much help if you don't continue with eating the specific amount of calories given and exercising regularly. Now I'm no health doctor or anything, but I do know a lot about nutrition, what is good for you, and which exercises can help…
