I personally breast fed, but would pump milk and feed her that in public. This was my own comfort and personal choice! It worked for us.

I have gone down 1 size in the past 2 months for pants size, and i can get into mediums and maybeee some smalls in tops, depending where I shop. Im super pear shaped, have lost 10 lbs in about 6 weeks, but not a real huge difference in my pants. Although my waist is getting smaller. My husband says my hips are shrinking too. I think if I loose another 10 lbs I might beable to drop a size. I hope!!!

I would love to join in on this! I'm going to Europe on July 20th and would LOVE to loose 10lbs( I know much, but I know it is doable for me with consistant effort). If I could get there, I would be very happy at that point being only 10 lbs away from my first goal( loacted on ticker!). Lets do this!!!!

also circuit training. Now that I have a heart rate monitor, i just take the cals my monitor says i burned. From what I have seen, most people burn between 200-300, give or take !

from toronto going to Europe for almost a month leaving July 20th.! Going to see a bunch of family and of course do some sight seeing! I cannot wait to go. I haven't gone anywhere for a couple years so it'll be awesome to go!

to answer you question, yes I have given up diet soda! I used to drink it all the time but I noticed I always felt bloated and I just decided it was obviously making me feel gross, even with the 0 calories, so I stopped. I do have an occasional can with my lunch if im out but aside from that I just do the water. Good luck…

I might try to eat a little bit of my exercise cals back instead of all 300/400/500cal i may burn through exercise on a regular day. I'll give that a shot! Thank you!!

Thanks for all your input. I always make sure to eat 1200 cals(net) no matter, exercise or not . I also use an HRM to calculate my cals burned because I dont trust the gym machines either, and with 30DS I pretty much needed it for the most accuracy. I'll try to do some more research on it to see what I can alter or try!

I have an extremely busy 20 month old, who doesn't stop for a second! She wouldn't let me work out either, but I have found a method that works for us.
