Ah yess.... the pooch. I had my daughter 20 months ago, and it definitely has shrunken since then, but it's still there. I do notice it going away, but I think it'll take a lot time and fat loss to banish it. I had a c-section and I swear it made it even worse. Like when they sew you back up they do an uneven job....,can't…

I have a very busy 20 month old girl, who would love to bolt away from me if she could. But, I don't let her.I also never wanted to use the leashes....So, I very repetitively talk to her about staying with mommy, and we have to hold hands when we go out (walking/mall wherever). It took some time for her to get it, but now…

Thank u all for your input! It's nice to hear other people tell me I am on the right track. When you completely change your eating habits for the better and work out so much more, you think you'll see the changes just like that! But, I have to keep reminding myself as long as I am loosing im doing okay...

ditch him! If you already are upset/worried/pissed off etc... 8 months, I don't think it'll get any more comfortable for you. And my guesstimation is he'll continue to get more "open" and say some really pissy things !

okay so i just glanced over the past two weeks, and my target carbs( set my mfp), is 165. I am always under that goal by 60 -90 a day, so clearly i need to add some more carbs there....I'll have to give it a try!

thanks for all the input. I don't wear a HRM while walking, and some days i walk A LOT on top of gym time. So it could very well be that I am burning more cals than i think and am not eating enough back. I'm 5'5 and I weigh 186 on my home scale and 182 and the docs....so, somewhere in there lol I have to build a good…
