I just know I over did it with the "bad" carbs so I kind of scared myself out of eating it. But I think your right, I need to supplement with more veggies and whole grains.

also to add, I walk outdoors for at least an hour a day if not 2, and in the evenings i hit up the gym and do 30 mins of elliptical/stairmaster and some weights.

I am doing lunges/squats quite a bit, is that okay to do? I also incorporate some 5-10 lbs dumbbells while I'm doing them. Also, I do elliptical and I have done the stair-master too. My husband is 10 years older than me. I'm 26 hes 36. We've been married for 3 years and have a 15 month old daughter! It totally works. I never ever ever even notice an age different. We are very compatible. I keep him young ;)

I have always had big ol' hips! When I was younger, I hated it. But, getting older and more confident about myself, I've learnt that they are a part of meeee. Even when i was much skinnier, I still had the hips. Not much I could do about it! I would say theres about a 10 inch difference between waist/hip
