I have a longer name, but my short name is Shemi, I get shami, shemmie , and sherri...all the time . My name pronounced is "(shem-e). My real name, is Shemsija pronounced Shem-c-ya. I lost 5 lbs and about 10 inches in total. It really does work. I also didnt do the full 30 days i missed a few in there and ate some bad food on a few occasions. basically its a 30 day workout with three different levels. Each one getting progressively more difficult. I did each level for about 10 days then jumped to the next one.
