How did you roast your potatoes?

I made stuffed chicken breast.......stuffed with spinach, fat free sour cream and low fat shredded sharp cheese. Sauteed zucchini, onions, peppers and tomatoes for a side dish. It was yummy!

I'm a newbee myself, just started on mfp yesterday. My boyfriend has been doing it for about a month so I decided to join him. I don't really need to lose much weight but it's always the last little bit that is so difficult to lose. I'm hoping to make some new friends, receive and give support.
