  • Another 4 miles in today. That's 16 down, 84 to go! Hopefully I'll be able to keep up the 4 miles every day and just try to improve my times. Yesterday I was able to get a personal best of 63 minutes, but was a little off today. I'm looking forward to getting my times in the 50's.

  • July 3... I was able to get in another 4 mile walk with a little jogging mixed in. I did it in a personal best so far of 63 minutes. This month is off to a good start. 12 miles down, only 88 to go :-)

  • We'll I've been averaging about 45-50 miles a month the past couple of months. I think I'll double down and shoot for 100 miles in July!! I don't think I've ever walked 100 miles in a month. This should be great!! I'm looking forward to the challenge.
  • Right now it is walking/jogging. I look forward to being light enough to mix in a few sprints, but the knees can't take that just yet. And for the really stressful days, I have a heavy bag hanging in my garage. Sometimes you just have to pound on something :-)
