Pretty much have plateaued. My nutritionist says I should weigh 110 at my height of 5'1", eating 1500 calories a day. I would never be at the current weight I'm at(114) if I ate that many calories. I try to average 1000 calories a day and work out 5 days a week.

I did WW and lost some weight which was within in their range of what I should weigh. Not according to my MD. Still over weight.. Started MFP and and now at the weight I should be for my height. I need to count calories in order to lose weight.

Have you had any side effects from the med? Some of this medication makes you gain weight, the farthest thing I want to have happen.

I already take quite a few supplements and vitamins. I'll look this up and take it to my next appt. Thanks the reply

Well, I just posted my problem which is very much the same problem you're having. I'm 60 years old 127lbs and my fasting blood sugar the other morning was 251. I always try to watch my carbs but just wondering if it will really help. I can never get it below 100. I'm waiting to see what my A-1C will be. I exercise at least…
