I freeze all my fruits! To prevent them from drying out or getting freezer burn I put it in the juice that I'm going to make it with so all I have to do is blend and serve.

for the sake of MFP, just go with 12am-12am. At the end of the week your calories should equal the same amount regardless, just input them when you can.

GO FOR IT. Brown rice is the way to go. Has all the fat, fiber, protein, and cho you need. Carb cutting is nonsense. Your CNS relies heavily on glucose for function as its main fuel source.
