I have been eating egg muffins and now back to oatmeal, which is not keeping me full like it used to. But when I eat oatmeal with 2 boiled eggs, I stay full. What is going on?

I am noticing the same. Clothes are getting too big, found somethings in smaller sizes that I have not seen in a long while. I did get on the scale this morning and FINALLY made it under 200 lbs. :) I have tweaked my eating and exercise habits. I know this is a lifestyle change and not for the short term.

I am curious too. I have been on several websites and they ALL state that it does what it is supposed to do. I am thinking of replacing my evening meal with the shake. Most times when I come home from hthe gym, I am not really hungry,but I make poor food choices.:cry:

They are really good. I eat them as snacks. I don't feel guilty eating them.
