Oh,my gosh, yes. Your face is heaps thinner. Don't have to look twice to see that. You have an oval face, also now very clear. I love the rectangle glasses in the second photo. They look fantastic, your eyes are very centered in them. Well done on the new you.

incredibly moving, thank you for sharing

thanks for everyones input, I've read through it. I do get quite confused as if I eat near my BMR that MFP tells me I am then I gain weight. I seem to have to keep 200 or more calories under it to keep losing. Thanks
-
wow, thanks everyone. I'll wrote all those suggestions down and check them out. Thank you.

I looked that up and can't find anything about it here at all. Least I know you can get it checked now, so will look into it further. Thanks

cut your exercise back for a week or so , worked for me after 6 weeks of weighing the same. Now I exercise less and eat a bit less, the scales are moving on down. There is some scientific explanation about glyicerodes or something but whatever it worked for me. Good luck

I looked up barefoot exercise, there's quite a lot. Really interesting. I tried using elliptical barefoot at first but it puts too much pressure on the toes with the angle. I jog barefoot in the lounge. Still looking for shoe ideas for outside though. Thanks

ha ha, you actually think like me, I was saying that for a while. Thought I was stuck till my body decided to give in and pick a new spot. Thanks

Thank you both for answering. The exercise does seem the obvious one to me. Will have to look at where I go from here. I have such a long road ahead, don't want to keep stalling.

Hi Jo you probably should put this in help in the general weight loss help section. This is for technical help so you might not get very many looking at your question. Opening your diary would help us give you better advice as well. Don't stay below your calorie goal, try to reach it and eat at least some of your exercise…

wowee, what an inspiration this is. I started at size 22 and 124.50 kg 71/2 months ago and have only achieved a loss of 16.4 kilos. You have done so much in your 14 months , it's amazing. Spurred me on. Thank you for sharing.

Hi, I know you are frustrated and understandably but I think you really have to look at your diary for answers not the scales. As has been said if you only weighed once a week you would be staying the same weight every time. You gain 5 then lose 5 so its a 0 weight loss per week. Looking at your diary it's clear you aren't…

And please check the spelling from the label in front of you. Last year I was still finding nearly everything with both kj and cal but this year it is getting harder, most things only having the kj. I'm in Australia. Can't wait for the update eventually to choose either.

I'd be looking firstly at how you set up yur goals. Maybe something is not quite right here. Check your height, starting weight, etc In the beginning it's probably easier to set your activity as sedentary and then you can add exercise if you want. Be really careful how much you enter for exercise, unless you have a heart…

wow wow wow, what an inspiration. Your brother must be so happy for you as well, he knows you will have now given yourself many more years on your life. I have to say ,though ,in the last photo your clothes are way too big for you, lol. You look great, so very well done. You proved it can be done .

congratualtions, you must feel so good.

I've only used Wii Fit Plus so far and the Wii sports. I love it. I do wish Fit plus had a more advanced step plus. I know it off by heart now and repeat maybe 4 times. I just discovered tennis on the sports gives a good burn.
-
Gosh, that was a bit rude. Op is asking a genuine question. Anyway, I'm wondering if you use a HRM. That's a lot of burn you're doing. If you are then I don't know how to answer you. Trying to eat 6000 cals + seems way too hard. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will come along. Good luck, hope you can work…

What an inspiration well done and congratulation. I like the ... one meal , one day at a time and get outside and move. Excellent advice to us all.

I agree with Kaned but I also suggest you do a search on the forums for 'not losing weight 'etc. There is lots of advice you can get there. I also suggest you might like to put a new post in general diet and weight loss help. I'm sure lots of people will offer you advice. They might not look in this section, it's more for…
